Return and Exchange Policy
At ALKEM Industrial Supplies, we’re committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer support for returns and exchanges in line with Australian Consumer Law and our company’s quality standards.
Return & Exchange – Non-Faulty Goods – Alkem will not accept goods without a Receipt or purchase history.
Trade Account Returns
If you hold a Trade or Commercial Account:

A copy of the original invoice must be presented

Approved returns will be issued as an Account Credit or Re-charge to customers account.

Commercial quantities or custom-made goods are generally not returnable
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We stand by the quality of our products and support all applicable manufacturer warranties.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults or failure

For minor faults, we will repair or replace the product as appropriate

Proof of purchase is recommended and may be required

Our team will assess and advise the best course of action for warranty claims
Exclusions & Conditions

Custom products (e.g. Bandsaw Blades and Linishing Belts) are non-returnable once produced – Please double check measurements before ordering.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval

Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe from purchase 30 days from date of invoice.
